Wings of Panacea (WoP) is the featured battlesuits of v8.9. She’s protected by World Star Astral Ring.

In addition, WoP is also a Stellar Surplus user-provider and is a QUA dps.

Traits

Paralyze = WoP can fill paralyze trauma easily.

Domain Resonance = WoP can support World Star valkyries like Senadina (DA) Her attacks during Stellar Outburst can detonate Resonance Marks

Harmonized Shadow Star = WoP can support Wheel of Destiny valkyries like Lantern (LDS) and HoHE. During Stellar Outburst, she can’t be switched, but when her avatar is clicked she can be summoned as a phantom (NOT summoned entity)

Heavenly Shift = WoP can support Law of Ascension valkyries like Badum Kiana (FWS). During Stellar Outburst, she performs a special ATK animation whenever her avatar flashes purple and clicked

Stellar Surplus = AR mechanic that stores overflowed AR Intensity. Some valkyries can enter mini Stellar Outburst state related to their AR Specialization and activate further buffs after reaching Stellar Surplus state.

Stellar Surplus state is reached when the first bar beside Stellar Outburst button is fully filled, shown below. World Star Surplus State example:

Best stigma affixes for WoP:

6 ATK affixes of either:

1. SD type or;
2. Cannon, scythe, and rocket hammer

Best and Worst Use Cases

WoP is best used against:

1. SD AND QUA bosses
2. Bosses that are weak to Lightning damage and Paralyze
3. Bosses with WoD and LoA up weathers

AVOID using WoP against:

1. Bosses that are resistant/immune to Lightning damage
2. Bosses with Physical weather

How to Play

As DPS

During Astral Ring Charging

If there is enough AR Intensity

Hold ATK → ATK 4x

If there is not enough AR Intensity

Hold ATK → Weapon skill 3x or until there is enough ARI → Hold ATK → ATK 4x

During Stellar Outburst

Stellar Outburst → ATK 5x → Support 1 → Support 2 → QTE → Hold ATK → Weapon skill 3x → SO Closer (Ult)

SO (Stellar Outburst)

Special state enabled when your valkyrie wields Astral Ring and you click the purple button. Your valkyrie in field enters a special animation scene with your AstralOP (all timer is stopped), and she and team enter a state called Stellar Outburst for a certain duration. AR Valkyries enter an enhanced state and will behave differently depending on their Astral Ring Specialization. When entering Stellar Outburst, most team buffs are automatically refreshed.

Support Capability

WoP, aside from enabling Stellar Surplus, has quick support rotations. So does her Stellar Drain rotation. She also provides physical and elemental breach for certain WS and WoD valkyries.

Wings of Panacea (WoP) is a World Star valkyrie, so she has to be supported by AR valkyries with Domain Resonance trait, otherwise her potentials aren’t fully unlocked. However, using Rite of Oblivion valkyries CAN work until you get Domain Resonance valkyries, as they provide general buffs.

As a support, WoP can support World Star, Wheel of Destiny, and Law of Ascension valkyries.
