Herrscher of Rebirth (HoRb) is given a Stellar Key weapon in v8.5. With the Stellar Key, she’s protected by World Star Astral Ring.

• These creatures enjoy buffs that specifically say “Summoned Entity”.

Symbiosis = HoRb can support Grail of Infinitude valkyries, Elysia HLE and Helia PAWS.

• During Stellar Outburst, she provides extra SP.

Domain Resonance = HoRb can support World Star valkyries like Sparkle (TFM)

• Her attacks during Stellar Outburst can detonate Resonance Marks

Best and Worst Use Cases

HoRb is best used against:

1. MECH bosses
2. Bosses that are weak to Phsyical damage
3. Bosses with WS and Grail up weathers if they’re not BIO type

AVOID using HoRb against:

1. BIO bosses
2. Bosses that are resistant/immune to Physical damage
3. Bosses with Lightning weather

Herrscher of Rebirth (HoRb) has 2 modes: Life Binding mode in World Star teams, and Soul Shaper mode in Grail of Infinitude teams. These modes can’t be swapped. In Life Binding mode as DPS, HoRb mainly uses a combination of ATK and weapon skill buttons. As support in Life Binding mode, she can apply buffs easily with QTE. In Soul Shaper mode, HoRb has to apply buffs with her ultimate that costs huge amount of SP. Her ultimate evasion can be triggered on demand, and can be used to restore SP enough to use ultimate once.

As DPS

During Astral Ring Charging

QTE -> hold ATK -> ULT (depends on SP) -> Basic ATK until bar is full -> Weapon skill -> tap weapon skill once it’s available again

As DPS, HoRb with DKey will always be in Life Binder form.

During Stellar Outburst

Stellar Outburst -> ATK 5x

-> Support 1 -> Support 2

-> QTE -> Hold ATK -> SO closer (ULT)

SO (Stellar Outburst)

Special state enabled when your valkyrie wields Astral Ring and you click the purple button. Your valkyrie in field enters a special animation scene with your AstralOP (all timer is stopped), and she and team enter a state called Stellar Outburst for a certain duration. AR Valkyries enter an enhanced state and will behave differently depending on their Astral Ring Specialization. When entering Stellar Outburst, most team buffs are *automatically refreshed.*

Support Capability

As support in both forms, Herrscher of Rebirth (HoRb) is quite quick and capable of applying buffs. She is also able to consume Stellar Drain rather quickly on both modes.

Stellar Drain

Instant AR Intensity regen by performing certain attacks. Stellar Drain can only be consumed each valkyrie in field once when entering field and after Stellar Outburst is cast.

Herrscher of Rebirth (HoRb) is a World Star valkyrie, so she has to be supported by AR valkyries with Domain Resonance trait, otherwise her potentials aren’t fully unlocked. However, using Rite of Oblivion valkyries CAN work until you get Domain Resonance valkyries, as they provide general buffs.

As a support, HoRb can support World Star and Grail of Infinitude valkyries.
