Freeze = HLE’s freezing capability is the strongest right now. As leader, her teammates can also inflict freeze trauma.

Symbiosis = HLE can support fellow Grail valkyrie, Helia PAWS. During Stellar Outburst, she provides extra SP by using special attacks and ultimate.

Domain Resonance = HLE can support World Star valkyries like HoRebirth and Sparkle (TFM). Her attacks during Stellar Outburst can detonate Resonance Marks

Harmonized Shadow Star = HLE can support Wheel of Destiny valkyries like Thelema (MPS) and HoHE. During Stellar Outburst, she can’t be switched, but when her avatar is clicked she can be summoned as a phantom (NOT summoned entity)

Best and Worst Use Cases

HLE is best used against:

1. SD bosses
2. Bosses that are weak to Ice damage
3. Bosses that requires freeze trauma
4. Bosses with Grail, WS, and WoD up weathers

AVOID using HLE against: Bosses that are resistant/immune to Ice damage

AR Charging Hi♪ Love Elf♥ (HLE) attacks as DPS are similar to HoHE, but instead of holding ATK… you hold ULT to aim and release arrows. She can deal massive freeze trauma, and as a leader her teammates’ ultimates can even deal freeze trauma.

As DPS

During Astral Ring Charging

QTE -> weapon skill -> hold ULT until there are 5 arrows -> Release Ult -> ATK 4x -> hold ULT until there are 5 arrows -> Release Ult

During Stellar Outburst

Stellar Outburst -> Weapon skill -> Special weapon skill -> hold ULT until arrows released

SO (Stellar Outburst)

Special state enabled when your valkyrie wields Astral Ring and you click the purple button. Your valkyrie in field enters a special animation scene with your AstralOP (all timer is stopped), and she and team enter a state called Stellar Outburst for a certain duration. AR Valkyries enter an enhanced state and will behave differently depending on their Astral Ring Specialization. When entering Stellar Outburst, most team buffs are \automatically refreshed.\\

✅ HLE's Stellar Outburst SP Mechanisms

As a leader, HLE can draw Stellar Outburst’s Shining Trace (shared SP) and causing the shared SP to become negative and the SP bar to turn grey instead of yellow. Once it goes negative, she can no longer draw shared SP.

Support Capability

Hi♪ Love Elf♥ (HLE) can support 3 AR Specializations. To consume Stellar Drain , her attack sequences are slow, but currently she’s the strongest World Star support that isn’t providing breach buffs and applying her buffs only needs her to enter the field through QTE.

Stellar Drain

Instant AR Intensity regen by performing certain attacks. Stellar Drain can only be consumed each valkyrie in field once when entering field and after Stellar Outburst is cast.

Hi♪ Love Elf♥ (HLE) is a Grail of Infinitude valkyrie, so she has to be supported by AR valkyries with Symbiosis trait, otherwise her potentials aren’t fully unlocked. However, using Rite of Oblivion valkyries CAN work until you get Symbiosis valkyries, as they provide general buffs.

As a support, HLE can support Grail of Infinitude, World Star , and Wheel of Destiny valkyries.
