Herrscher of Finality (HoFi) is given a Stellar Key weapon in v7.8. With the Stellar Key, she’s protected by Rite of Oblivion Astral Ring.

Being a Rite of Oblivion valkyrie, she’s a versatile Astral Ring support that you can slap in even outside World Star teams if you don’t have proper supports for such ARs yet.

Fast ATK = HoFi’s attacks are regarded as fast, and can break through hitcount shields. She is also benefitted from some fast ATK related buffs in ER.

Ignite = HoFi is capable of filling enemies’ ignite trauma.

Omniscient Star = LP can support some Rite of Oblivion valkyries, namely Vita LP and Coralie FDD.

Domain Resonance = LP can support World Star valkyries like Sparkle (TFM) Her attacks during Stellar Outburst can detonate Resonance Marks

Best and Worst Use Cases

HoFi is best used against:

1. IMG bosses
2. Bosses that are weak to Fire and Ignite damage
3. Bosses with RoO and WS up weathers if they’re not QUA type

AVOID using HoFi against:

1. QUA bosses
2. Bosses that are resistant/immune to Fire and Ignite damage
3. Bosses with Ice weather

As DPS, Herrscher of Finality (HoFi) with her Stellar Key is bound to her original team, the Herrscher trio team consisting of herself, Herrscher of Origin (HoO), and Herrscher of Truth (HoTr). Trio’s gameplay consists of a lot of short attacking sequences but frequent swapping, for Herrscher of Finality mainly through Joint Burst of her teammates, and herself through Special QTE. As an Astral Ring team support, HoFi is really simple to use and providing relatively powerful buffs. However, she usually doesn’t consume Stellar Drain herself, making her preferrable for speedy abyss or MA boss clear. She’s not good for long or dragged ones, especially if you require more than one Stellar Outburst turns.

Instant AR Intensity regen by performing certain attacks. Stellar Drain can only be consumed each valkyrie in field once when entering field and after Stellar Outburst is cast.

SO (Stellar Outburst)

Special state enabled when your valkyrie wields Astral Ring and you click the purple button. Your valkyrie in field enters a special animation scene with your AstralOP (all timer is stopped), and she and team enter a state called Stellar Outburst for a certain duration. AR Valkyries enter an enhanced state and will behave differently depending on their Astral Ring Specialization. When entering Stellar Outburst, most team buffs are automatically refreshed.

Support Capability

As support, Herrscher of Finality (HoFi) excels in speedy buff provider and can even further speed up by starting the rotations. Her support is relatively powerful, but above all, being a Rite of Oblivion valkyrie, her buffs are available for all other valkyries. Although good to note that she can only support RoO and World Star valkyries properly, she couldn’t sync well with other AR Specializations.

HoFi isn’t usually deployed in battle to consume Stellar Drain.
